06.01.2026 Eitzen Avanti A/S / Christiania Shipping A/S are pleased to announce a strategic investment and long-term partnership with Shoei Kisen Kaisha, Ltd.

January 6, 2026 — Eitzen Avanti A/S (“Eitzen Avanti”) / Christiania Shipping A/S (“Christiania
Shipping”, “Company”) (together “Eitzen”) and Shoei Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. (“Shoei Kisen”), a
member of the Imabari Shipbuilding Group, Japan’s largest and one of the world’s leading
shipbuilding and shipowning groups, have agreed on a strategic investment and are pleased to
announce Shoei Kisen has acquired a 4.7% equity stake in Eitzen Avanti through the issuance
of new shares in the company.

For decades, the Eitzen family and Christiania Shipping have built long-standing, trust-based
relationships with Japanese shipowners, financiers, and trading houses, grounded in a shared
commitment to integrity, reliability, and long-term perspectives. This strategic investment
represents an important milestone and a new dimension in the collaboration and long-term
partnership between Eitzen and Shoei Kisen, a business relationship that dates back to 1986. It
also marks the beginning of a closer cooperation between the next generations of the Eitzenand
Higaki-family.

The investment will support ongoing fleet renewal initiatives and Christiania Shipping believes
the partnership will contribute to the long-term growth of both companies, by promoting closer
strategic alignment, sharing of expertise, the development of new business opportunities and
expansion of vessel types as well as further enhance the trust built with shipowners and
charterers, particularly in Japan.

29.12.2025 Updated Statement CGAS SATURN

Copenhagen, December 29, 2025 –  Christiania Gas are delighted to report that all nine of our seafarers abducted from our vessel CGAS SATURN in the Gulf of Guinea on December 3 have been released and are now safe. The men have meanwhile been in contact with their families and are being repatriated to their countries of origin to be reunited with their loved ones.

The recent period has been an extremely difficult period for everyone, in particular for our 9 seafarers and their families We would like to extend our gratitude and deep respect to our crew and their loved ones for the strength, trust and patience they have shown during this period of great uncertainty. The seafarers have undergone full medical checks and are being provided with psychological support

We also would like to thank the professional advisors, the authorities, and all those who have helped us resolve this situation, for their support throughout the past difficult weeks.

Out of respect for our seafarers and their families Christiania Gas will not be making any further statements on the recent developments. We trust you will understand our position.

05.12.2025 Updated statement CGAS SATURN

December 5, 2025 – Christiania Gas report that it is continuing its efforts to establish contact with those that are holding its 9 seafarers that were taken off the LPG tanker CGAS SATURN and secure the crew members’ earliest and safe release. The vessel came under attack from pirates on Wednesday December 3 while on passage in the Gulf of Guinea, West Africa.

Four other seafarers of CGAS SATURN remained on board of the ship and were able to navigate the ship to a safe berth in port in West Africa. One of the four crew sustained injuries during the attack and is receiving medical care in an onshore hospital.

Christiania Gas once again would like to express its great concern over the situation. The company is liaising with international authorities and experts and together with its partners is providing all possible support to the next of kin of the seafarers during this extremely difficult period.

Christiania Gas will not provide any further information in order not to jeopardize the safety of our seafarers and would ask for this position to be respected.

03.12.2025 Statement CGAS SATURN

December 3, 2025 – Christiania Gas report that earlier today following an attack by pirates in the Gulf of Guinea, West Africa nine crewmembers have been taken from its operated LPG tanker CGAS SATURN. Four other seafarers of the vessel remain safe on board of the ship. One of the four seafarers has sustained light injuries and is receiving medical care onboard. CGAS SATURN has meanwhile proceeded to safe waters.

Christiania Gas is greatly concerned about the attack on its vessel and seafarers. The company’s main priority now is to establish contact with the missing crew to secure their earliest and safe release. The emergency response team are liaising with all relevant authorities who have been notified immediately after the incident. The company is in close contact with the families of the seafarers to support them in this extremely difficult time.

For the time being Christiania Gas will not be providing any further information in order not to jeopardize the safety of those involved.

06.11.2024 Christiania Shipping acquire Navquim

Reference is made to the joint press release by Christiania Holding A/S (“Christiania Shipping” or the “Company”) and Sogestran Shipping S.A. (“Sogestran Shipping”, a subsidiary of Sogestran Group) on 2. September 2024, whereby it was announced that Christiania Shipping would acquire 100% of the shares in Navquim Holding B.V. (Navquim) from Sogestran Shipping. We are pleased to announce that as of today, 6th November 2024, the transaction has been completed.

After this transaction, Christiania Shipping has a fleet of 42 vessels on water, out of which 29 chemical carriers and 13 LPG vessels, and several newbuilding’s on order. Furthermore, the consolidated Company increases its presence in Europe with offices in Oslo, Copenhagen, Rotterdam, Marbella and Golf Juan.

01.08.2023 Eitzen Avanti has acquired B-Gas A/S from Bergshav

Bergshav Shipholding AS (Bergshav) and Eitzen Avanti AS (Eitzen) today announced that Eitzen has acquired B-Gas A/S, B-Gas NSG, B-Gas Pelagic and their subsidiaries (collectively, B-Gas) from Bergshav and its partners. B-Gas owns and operates ten LPG vessels, which mainly operate in the northwest European market. B-Gas also commercially controls three LPG carriers though commercial management and time charters. The company’s commercial and operational headquarters are located in Hellerup, Denmark.

“Acquiring B-Gas is another big step in Eitzen’s ambition in becoming a leading owner and operator of liquefied gas carriers and we are very pleased that we have now secured a strong foothold in the coaster gas market”, commented Axel C Eitzen, Executive Chairman of Eitzen. “We are very positive about the outlook for the LPG and Petrochemical business in Northwest Europe and we see synergies between B-Gas and our chemical company Christiania Shipping, which operate with same size of vessels in the same geographical markets and with the same clients.”

17.0.2023 Christiana Shipping has ordered two new-buildings

We are very pleased to announce that Christiania Shipping A/S has reached an agreement with the Japanese shipyard Murakami Hide for the construction of

two 13,000 dwt stainless steel chemical tankers, to be delivered second half of 2025.
